This morning the celebrity ambassadors were announced for Transform your Patch. 

Denise Van Outen is supporting Playgrounds, Fazer from N-Dubz is supporting Skate Parks, Emma Willis is supporting Parks and Robbie Savage is supporting Football Pitches. The celebrities are competing for an extra £100,000 to be awarded to their activity type. On September 14th, we'll add up all the votes and whichever ambassador has received the most support overall will secure the £100,000 to be spent across all their projects.
