Martin has 15 years of planning experience; he joined Arnold KLP in 2010 prior to this he spent two years as Head of Planning at Saatchi & Saatchi. Martin refocused the Saatchi planning department around better, more diverse strategic inspiration, leading to innovative work for Visa, Carlsberg, Walls and a Silver IPA Effectiveness Award for the ongoing T Mobile campaign.

Before Saatchi & Saatchi, Martin was a strategist at Mother working on Boots "Here Come the Girls" campaign and, before that, a Planning Director at BBH, working on Vodafone, Baileys, KFC, Woolworths and won two IPA Effectiveness Awards for his work on Sony Ericsson. Martin began his career at Bates, where he was a Campaign 'Face to Watch'.

He’s not a planner who likes to think about only one kind of solution and loves being part of a department that's fully embracing the new marketing landscape.
